At Intra Conspectum CIC, we believe that no one should feel alone in their everyday life.
Our work in this area focuses on building a community where people can support one another, form meaningful connections and develop relationships based on trust. Especially for those living in the United Kingdom away from extended family or long-established networks, strong local connections make a significant difference.
We work to:
connect individuals living in the UK
create safe spaces for conversation and cooperation
strengthen a sense of belonging
build bridges between cultures and lived experiences
support integration and active social participation

We believe that a strong community is a foundation for a good and stable life particularly in the context of migration.
Social connection reduces isolation, increases confidence and encourages constructive engagement with the local environment.
Together, we create a space where everyone can feel part of something larger than themselves.
Saturday walks, our simple tradition
One of our regular initiatives is our Saturday walks, a small but meaningful tradition that combines movement, nature and good company. We meet to get fresh air, talk, connect with new people and spend time in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

It is an opportunity to:
do something positive for your health
slow down from the pace of the week
meet others within our community
begin the weekend with positive energy
You are welcome to join us, regardless of age, fitness level or experience. What matters is movement, a smile and being together.
